Q: What are your hours?

We’re open 10 am – 6 pm every day of the week. We do not charge extra for weekend appointments!

Q: What platform do you use for your readings and coachings?

We primarily use Zoom, but accommodations can be made if you let us know in advance. You will receive a Zoom link and confirmation within 1 business hour (10am-6pm) of your booking.

Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A: We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do so more than six hours ahead of your appointment time, we can accommodate your change. Less than six hours and you forfeit the full session fee. This applies to Audition Reading Bookings as well as Audition Coaching bookings.

Q: What happens if I’m late?

We will do our best to work with you. However, if we have another appointment booked after you, you simply forfeit your time. We stay online for 15 minutes for any length of appointment (i.e., if you booked one hour and haven’t appeared onscreen, we will log off after 15 minutes, assuming you are no show).

Q: Can I work with you in person?

A: We are an online only service. Casting is primarily done online and will continue that way into the future. In keeping with industry standards, we guarantee the same quality of service online as we would offer in person.
